I have a 1+ year old cochin hen for sale.

Yes, she is CONSTANTLY, and I mean CONSTANTLY broody. All she does is sit in the box. I have no eggs to give her, and she is a boatload of opportunity wasting away. In fact, she went broody before she ever even started to lay.

The only reason I'm selling her is because her habits and behavior are starting to upset some of my other hens - not to mention my rooster. She is a strange bird, with strange habits, and she is driving some of my other birds nuts. My young roo doesn't understand her behavior (I believe) and in general she is just upsetting my flock (because my roo is upset).

I want her to go to a GOOD HOME ONLY. I hand raised this bird. She is shy, but not flighty.

From what I know about cochins (which isn't a whole lot) she a nice hen, and has lacing. I don't keep her in "show condition", however, and I'm sure she could outwardly look better than the pictures with primping and an experienced hand. She has no bleedthrough anywhere as far as color goes.

I can possibly meet somewhere, but not very far away.

I have more pictures and can take HD video if requested.

Feel free to PM or e-mail me.

absolutely NO SHIPPING!
