And Im leaving in 3 hours to go camping!

My corn snake, Chester, has been gravid foreverrrrr.... She's taken longer than usual to lay them, and I KNEW it would be today or tomorrow since we'll be camping! Dang snake. So now I get to spend the weekend worrying over my snake

. Please pray the little girl does fine through it all. So far I can see 6 fertile eggs, here's hopin' they all are!

I've counted 11 so far and she has more underneath her! So far they all appear fertile!

Roddy, fertile snake eggs are white, dull and plump. Infertile are yellow and slimey. It's not always 100%, but I could also see a red spot on them as they were laid, and with my bearded dragon eggs, that always meant they were fertile. When I get home from camping I'll candle them. She's laid 19 and has one to go!!!

Not a snake personhere .... but how can you tell if they are fertile and does she sit on them like a chicken? How long does it take? and what will you do with 11 baby snakes? make tha 20 snakes in your house ???Oh my not in my house !!!!
