She's literally dying.. right now.

I agree it sound like normal deaths that happen with chicks. For the duramycin you can buy it at most feed stores it might be sold as terra-vet 10

At their age there's not a lot you can do, they aren't old enough to develop infections, it was probably just stress and low blood sugar, or something internal, I always make sure the chicks have sugar water to drink for the first week to get them going.
Oh my gosh!!! I also have another chick that is weak right now and this one only endured a 4 hour car ride with air conditioning so I have no idea what's going on. Perhaps that was already too much for it. I followed the same routine as the other one but nothing worked. Then I hopped on here, read your comment, gave it some sugar water and it perked right. Still sleepy but it was able to jump off my hand then just fell and slept right where it is but that's still a huge improvement. Thanks so much!!! I believe if I would've gave the other one sugar water, it'd be alive ): I now put some sugar into all of their water.

Chicks eat drink poop and sleep.... Even the most trained have lost a chick or two... It just happens. Your flock will be in better health now. I know that sounds harsh but it's true.... You got new babies to look after.
Thank you, I feel tremendously better knowing that it's not because of me that they are dying. As harsh as it may be, your comment has eased some of my heartbreak and I thank you tremendously for that!

I would go to your feed store to buy it they deal with products that are for livestock
And yeah it well be fine tell tommarow
And for dosage is 2 tsp. for treatment
And 1 tsp. for maintenance per gallon of water
And when you give it them don't mix with electrolyte or sugar water
Provide only the medicated water
And buy a packet of sav a chick probtic
To give after antiboitic treatment is over

Okay, so after the sugar water, for the first time since she got home, she STOOD up and took about 5 steps.. I'm literally crying right now as I do not want to lose this one too and it is my very favorite since I gave the breeder specific qualities that I wanted. Just in case though, I want to make sure she is healthy and stays alive - besides the duramycin, should I try to find some b12 for chicks? I also read somewhere that someone with a chick that could not get up treated it with Corid (amprolium) for cocci.

Does she look pale to you?

She's a Cream Legbar.

I currently have them on Save-A-Chic vitamin and electrolyte mix. I also have GroMax probiotics that I can mix in, but I feed fermented starter (with a side dish of normal starter). Should I start giving them GroMax as well?

You can give them Gromax and electrolytes right now in there water but when you give them the duramycin then don't give them anything to drink other then the medicated water until the treatment is over then resume giving them giving them the electrolytes and grow max because the antibiotic well kill the bacteria then the growmax well replace the gut with good bacteria

If your feed store doesn't carry terra 10 or duramycin. The drug in both is tetracycline
So look for the chicken antiboitic with that drug in it
