She's pretty but what is she?

My DH got this free hen for me from a friend of our neighbor. I think she's pretty but looking for input as to what she may be. She does not have a single comb. It looks like two rows of small points. Thanks in advance!

Is that called a "buttercup" comb?

Her markings make me think she has some Wheaten Game in her.

Hazelnut, I've looked at pictures of buttercup combs and hers doesn't seem to have as much space in between the little nubs. We're unsure of how old she is though. Maybe it will develop more if she is young and still has some maturing to do. It is pretty red but we still haven't gotten any eggs from her. ??? We'll never know but I think guessing is fun!
