she's taking control

We have a serama hen who latley has been a total mooch, trying to steal food, and has bitten people in the face. She is loved very much, and we just want some methods that can help keep this from ahppening in the future.

Do not allow her to continue in this behavior, and do not allow her near your face - eyes are a favorite target. You are bigger - subordinate her by gently forcing her to the ground.

x2 You're the larger creature, and letting her do whatever she wants is silly. Don't let her near your food, and if she bites, quickly put your hand on her back and gently force her to sit on the ground completely. Hold her there for a few minutes. She'll get the message loud and clear, it's a chicken thing.
