She's walking like a penquin

Help, I have a 6 year old hen that started walking like a penquin, its really wierd.
She still eats but it's hard for her to get around. i've raised chickens all my life and have never seen this. I will admit that I am in now way an expert at chicken health though.
Please help she's my favorite girl (Gertie)

She sounds like she might be eggbound or having trouble passing a softshelled egg.
You can bring her in and set her in a warm bath. That helps to relax the muscles to make it easier for the egg to come out.

I would also put her in a darker area to hopefully slow her egg laying. Good luck.
