Seeing the signal, Dexter slowly crawled on his belly towards the sick elk unnoticed.

Dexter jumped up and launched himself at the sickly doe. Unfortunately for Dexter, the doe moved just in time to save itself. Dexter plopped to the ground in a mess. The doe wasn't happy with him and charged at him with antlers down. Dexter barely moved out of the way in time and ran towards the forest with his tail in between his legs and an angry sickly doe at his heels.

After Odin took down the head buck elk, he went over to check on Dexter.
"Dexter," he said, looming over him because of his height "are you alright?"

"Yeah," Dexter quickly looked at Odin, "But I'll look out!" He motioned towards the doe that was running straight at them with it's head down and antlers pointed at them.
