Dexter yawned as he got up. "I had a good night's sleep." He thought as he shook the rest of his sleep off. He looked around, then went off to see what was happening with the pack.

Storm lay sprawled out in the dirt absent mindedly licking his scarred leg.

Eagle was so close to the rabbit. He was hunting like a cat, his belly pressed to the earth and hind legs ready to spring; this was the only way he could catch anything. He took one more quiet step closer, two, three... he leaped. Or atleast he tried to. Eagle stumbled over himself and landed just short where the rabbit had been a moment before, and his jaws were closed on nothing but the moldy leaf litter of the forest.
