Odin was on the trail of some rabbit, a quick and easy prey when he caught a familiar scent on the air... He wasn't sure who, so he scraped the rabbit idea and tracked down this other scent.

Night cleaned off the fresh wounds on his side, not wanting his son to see him like this. after cleaning himself up a bit, he stood up and stretched and began to walk towards the scent of his son

As the scent got stronger, Odin picked up the pace, now going at a trot, then he saw a clearing in the distance and a tall dark shape in the middle of it.

as if looking at a reflection of his younger self, night stared at the figure at the edge of the forest. He didn't fill out as I thought he would, it was probably his mother's weaker genes. He thought to himself with a chuckle. Holding himself high, he approached Odin. "hello," Night said, looking down at him.
 
Kingfisher trotted around the edge of camp, being bored out of his mind. The other wolves were either sleeping or away, so he had to find a way to keep himself busy. he found the nearest log and rolled it over with his snout, revealing a snake coiled into a ball. Fisher chased the snake around the forest floor and bounced it around with his paws.

Odin finally figured out who this was... it was his father, Night!
Odin stood tall, puffing out his chest as he approached his father, who was reasonably large than him, "Hello Father...." He said looking up

Maya was out on a morning stroll at the edge of the camp, enjoying the warm sunshine, when she saw another early riser, "That's the beta, isn't it?" She thought to herself, then approached him.

"You've grown, my son. It's been ages since we last crossed paths. I went out west to the mountains to settle some... business. What have you been up to?" Night crinkled his nose at the smell of other wolves, "part of a pack, I see?"
