Shipped Eggs ? and feather sexing question

In the last 2 days I have received 3 dozen shipped eggs. I received 2 of the shipments yesterday, and 1 shipment today. I'd really like to set my eggs today. But am wondering for the eggs I received today how long should I let them sit before putting them in the incubator or should I wait at least a day before setting them?

I know certain breeds you can feather sex them once they've hatched and dried off. Can anyone tell me are silkies feather sexable?
