I posted last week that I had 6 of 7 EE hatch from eggs I had shipped to me. I was THRILLED with this rate, never got more then a 50% hatch rate on shipped eggs before.
WELL, I spoke to soon. I also bought 7 Golden Lakenvelder eggs that arrived the day after the EE eggs and only 1 of the 7 hatched.
Therefore, technically I had a 50% hatch rate and of course if I was able to choose I would have preferred 6 Golden Lakenvelders to 6 EE.
