So I'm totally jealous of all these others with the good luck. I have waited for these 2+ dozen eggs for months...

I just sent the seller an email about this along with all of the pictures I took. So I'm not sure what their response will be....but I'm not going to bash this person at this point...they didn't do a horrible job of packing....just maybe an inadequate one...and the box just had one "fragile" sticker on it...

Nearly all of the eggs were broken upon arrival today. What was odd was that the box wasn't smashed or anything but they must have tossed it around, a lot. I got 9 unbroken eggs out of the whole bunch.

Most were completely cracked or smashed-looking and some had what looked like very thin shells that had shattered...others were oozing liquid out and still others had spider-web type cracks and weren't leaking. I tried to seal one of the webbed ones with candle wax which I did count as a "survivor" so we'll see if it makes it or not.

The non-cracked ones are resting now and I'll put them in the bator before I go to bed.

I am not expecting any of them to make it...the initial candling looks like all of the air sacks are disrupted and floating around....but I will them a chance....

That's not a high-quality packing job. The eggs really need to be wrapped in some bubble wrap, individually and then in several protective layers once they're inside the carton.
Not cool. Sorry for your disappointment. I'd definitely take it up with the seller. And tell 'em that slapping a few of these on the sides might at least slow the postal employees down long enough to look at the picture.

I think when I start shipping eggs, I will write:

FRAGILE!!! HUMAN TISSUES/EMBRYOS!!!

Just so the postal workers get scared and don't throw crap!

i just got my eggs in today. 3 were slightly cracked, but good enough for incubation

Sorry to hear that!! THats my main reason for being reserved about getting eggs shipped to me I'd sure hate to lose that money due to poor packaging or handling
