Shipping Birds Out of State and NPIP

Ok, I've found this website, which will take me quite a while to weed through and find the requirements ...

Is there anywhere a list or cheat sheet of state requirements for entering birds? i.e. Texas requires NPIP and AI test .... Another state only requires NPIP .... Another state requires NPIP, AI, and these three other diseases?

Shipping birds rom my state ... they will be entering another state. I am looking for the requirements of the receiving states.
