Shipping Buttons (What Box)

I keep reading mixed opinions on this, Can you or can't you use chick boxes (with filter) for Button Quail or does it have to be a Horizon box?

I'v always just used Horizon single stall, but if you can use chick boxes it would be much cheaper.
