We have two five week old ducklings. I heard that you have to ship a duck/chick when they're 12hours to 3 days because they're still absorbing the yolk. When they're 2-3 days they start really drinking. I've heard Anywhere from 2 days to 8weeks they need food and water constantly.
Is this true? Do we have to wait to ship them to their new home until they're 8 weeks or are they fine to be shipped now?
I'd hate for anything to happen to them.

USPS requires that any bird being shipped be fully grown or < 24 hours old.

Okay, I guess we'll have to wait then
