Shipping only 2 goslings?

I raise cotton patch geese and I have someone who wants me to ship him only 2 goslings. I know that hatcheries will do this with a heat pack. Has anyone tried this? Any suggestions?

I think they would probably be O.K. A hatchery once shipped us three chicks without any heat pack at all. I think they only have there 25 minimums because they do not want you to order less.
