Has anybody had experience shipping peafowl through Delta airlines? I am thinking it will be faster, but are they reliable? Or is the USPS just as good? Anybody with info is very much appreciated. Thanks much!

No experience here, but are you thinking about what is called shipping counter-to counter? I've thought about that, but never looked into it.

I know Texaspeafowl ships by air. Much quicker than USPS and with the extreme heat we're having the less time they are in a box in the back of a hot truck has to be better. We ship puppies all over the USA by air,,last one went to Valencia California,4 hr flight from Chicago, and a 2 hour time diffrence,,non stop flights are best for all animals by air,,connecting flights can become a nightmare fast for any number of reasons. I know there is heat restrictions placed on certain breeds of dogs and this all depends on what the projected temperature will be at the airport of arrival,at the time of the arrival.this may be true for fowl as well,,I'm not sure about any health certifications needed for fowl, possibly NPIP paperwork,,??
