Shipping Started Chicks from VIRGINA TO tx

Where could i find the regulations to ship started chicks from VIRGINA to TEXAS. Any imput will be appreciated.

Check out Texas Department of Animal Health (I think that's what it's called). Texas is really strict about importing poultry. As far as Poultry Shows, it's a closed state--can't bring birds in from outside.

I live in deep south texas.i have purchased and received poultry from Oregon,Alabama ,and Georgia with no problems. The seller of some chicks has never shipped started chicks,he is in Virginia. i'm researching shipping regulations info for his state,so far i haven't come across any info.
