Shipping to West Coast

I know everyone has their own favorite hatchery but I'm interested in feedback from those on the West Coast since chick's have a long ride to get here!

I'm particularly interested in Cackle, Ideal (cheapest), Welp (do they still ship out of NM?) and Meyer. Jenks is pretty local but their breed selection is low.

I normally use Ideal....i have had deaths with all of them and it depends on when you order and WHAT you order. fancy breeds not as hardly. i have used murray/meyer and strromberg....all the same. never had a bad experience with staff on any of them. i usually check mapquest and see what is further....i dont get in summer usually early spring....i think it was belt i used and i just wanted sexlinks and came super quick all healthy but they would be....they are just hardier chicks anyway....is belt the one in CA??? cant remember....central valley i think.

I am in Oregon and I have used Papa's Poultry and liked them.

Also, Alchemist farm. Super nice people, good birds and breeds.

i have used them as well....they have nice birds and that was an easy ship....
