Shivering Turken/naked neck chicken

I had read that turkens are cold hardy and grew to a large size. We have one that is 10-11 months old now and is the only turken we have. She is small in comparison to the other 9 birds in our flock that are the same age and her eyes have been foggy looking for a long time. Recently, we had a cold spell and we found her hiding in the garage and shivering. We started bringing her in the house at night and letting her out when it's warm during the day. Any comments and suggestions are much appreciated. We love this girl and don't want to loose her.

I would keep doing what your doing. My turken always shivered during the cold because the wind would blow across his neck, which didn't have feathers. My turken was also very small and couple fit in my hand until he was about 3 months old (when he died) and still didnt even take up my entire palm. Can she see good out of her eyes? Maybe shes going blind?
