Those shoes are seriously built up. Must be for short ladies. My wife isn't short by local standards but would just love them. I told her that they are no good for a lady who works and that would exclude most of the day. She hasn't yet agreed with me.
 
I'll probably have to surrender my "girl card" when I admit this, but I have never understood the attraction of that type of shoe. Every time I see a shoe of that style, I am reminded of the foot binding practices of old China. Either way, you wind up with a foot that you can't stand to stand on!

I'll pass...there are many beautiful things in this world that I could wear and none of them require that my bones actually protrude through my feet at the end of the day. Lovely shoes, but definitely not for wearin'.

Yet another example of beauty being in the eye of the beholder. Those suckers are most assuredly UGLY (in my opinion)! Than again I don't find high heels in general to be attractive.
