Shooting for olive

I have a hen that is BR but lays a light green egg. My roo is a BR. All other hens lay brown eggs. For the last 5 days one of the hens has been staying inside the coop for the most part of the day. Today I came home to find her sitting on the days eggs. She threw a fit when I started gathering them. So I got the not so bright idea to leave the green egg and harvest all the brown ones. I marked the green and left it. I am thinking about doing this for 5 or 6 days and then just harvesting all unmarked eggs after that. What are the chances of hatching at least one egg like this? Will the hen sit 5 days after the first one hatches to give them all a chance? Is this the right combo to get a hen that will lay a darker green egg?
