Should fertilized eggs be incubated if they were sitting in a cold coop for several hours?

Hi all, the temp in my coop where the nesting boxes are is around 15-25^F. I try to collect eggs for incubating as soon as they are laid in the nesting boxes, but some sat in that temp for 1-8 hours. They are not cracked but feel cold. Assuming they are fertile, will these still incubate and hatch properly?

They could. I received hatching eggs that were in about 25°F coop over night and out of 15 eggs 5 chicks hatched. Sure, the hatching rate wasn't fantastic. But something did hatch.
It all depends on how important it is for you to hatch these eggs.
If you prefer a better hatching rate I would just collect fresh eggs.
