Should he stay or should he go?

i think you should let them peck each other just let them to their thing but if they get to rough then step in .. i had to big roosters they always fought with each other but i had to let them be i wanted to stop it but the newer younger rooster wanted to be the new alpha rooster so i had to let them fight but they didn't do damage to each other some times just a little blood on the back of the roosters comb my older/old alpha roo but their fine now a little fight here and there but its nature you gotta let them be

but thats just me though some other people split them but but i let nature take its course unless they get in a big fight to kill each other but thats it

Maddie wants to TAKE HIM DOWN!!! She is def the alpha hen and given all the noise she makes in general, I think she believes she is a roo. She is such a brat that she will carry on until my husband (her favorite human by far) goes out and gives her attention. I've even tried flipping her on her back to calm her down, but no, she wants my man. At least she has good taste.

We are going to give them all time to figure things out with the safety of the fence. If they get used to him being around maybe she will all settle down and play nice.

I do love seeing Chico in our front yard.
