Should I add a ramp to my nesting boxes?

My nest boxes are about 18 inches from the floor with another row above. The roosts are about 3 feet with a ramp.

I agree with what others have said. I'd definitely put something like a ladder or intermediate ledge in, not only to help them up, but also to help them down, as your coop is relatively narrow. Thinking about it as I type... what I'd do is put in ledge about half way up on the wall across from the nest boxes, then put perches up attached at the front bottom of the nest boxes.
