Should I assist my chick hatch?

I think TSC carries it but not sure. I've never used it. I use antibacterial ointment.

So out of 30 eggs, we have 5 beautiful/healthy chicks! 7 died during hatch. 6 died right after hatch... And the rest did nothing. Failure for 1st round? I have a still air styrofoam with no Fan or egg turner.

Well, congrats on the 5 and sorry to hear about the rest. I really think once you check the theromometers for accuracy get it running at 101.5 ish and drop the humidity and monitor the air cells that you'll see a difference. When you do your next hatch, keep us updated on that as well.
