Should i be concerned about this bloody egg?

This was in the coop usually the eggs are super clean, this one is definitely not. I suspect it is a rouen based on the color.

I would keep an extra close eye on the ladies at the very least.

I would keep an eye out but it happens on occasion with new layers, hens coming back into lay or if the egg is oddly shaped has a rough spot or is larger than normal.
