I have a hen that started laying about 4 months ago and has produced about 5 perfect eggs per week. She slowed down recently to about 2 per week. I though it might be the heat - about 95 for highs. Today I got this egg - the second one to look odd (there were a couple of ones in between).

She has oyster shell, deep shade, pasture clean water - 16% poultry grower feed, 3 girl friends with her. Separated from the roo about a month ago - who was being a jerk. Her egg issues started a couple weeks after the separation.

She seems fine otherwise - should I be concerned about these eggs?

Thanks!

Wow, thats kinda weird...I would say I wouldn't worry about it b/c we've had some weird looking eggs, but I dont know about that one hon sorry....

I think it's fine. I have had chickens that would consistantly lay eggs that had the same warpings.
