Should i be concerned over this poop?

I have 2 week old chicks. They are messy I'm having to clean water every couple of hours. Today I noticed this watery poop, no blood but wondering if they may need meds ect.. or have they drank too much water?

Sometimes they just do this watery poop, it’s even supposed to come a couple times a day. If they don’t poop normal poop however, then it’s a problem, in that case I would have treated for coccidia
