Should I be concerned?

Hi BYC community,
My young hen Fishbone's neck has gotten pretty scrawny-looking, nearly bare beneath her wattle. She seems in good health - she's eating, she's very social with me as always - but it looks like she's either getting pecked a lot or she has something going on (mites?) I have not observed her getting pecked on but she's definitely the smallest of my four hens.

Here's a photo, I welcome and thoughts or advice!

Looks like a light molt. I see pins.

She's cross beak so she might have issues eating. Is she molting?

I agree! Looks like molting. Sometimes all or most of the feathers in one area will come out at once and yes, those look like new pin feathers coming in.
