Should I be Concerned?

I have 2 RIR hens, same age. One got sick back a few months ago and I treated her and she has been well ever since. My question is, she walks around in 80 degree weather like she is roasting. The other hen that has never been sick is taking in without any signs of being too hot. Should I help the one who seems too hot? She walks with her mouth open and her wings out a bit.

I forgot to mention, all my hens have perfect shade all day. There are only a couple of places they can get a little direct sun.
