Should I be doing more?

I’ve got one of my pullets that hasn’t given any more eggs since Sunday before Christmas. That was her first egg and since then her last. She’s eat, drinking and doing all the things that seem normal. She doesn’t seem to be in distress. I’m putting out more oyster shells today, and the only “snack” that they get is scratch a couple times a week, and some mealworms. Plus whatever they find ranging. There’s plenty of water at all times plus they have access to their layer feed.
Should I even be concerned?

If she's acting otherwise normal and a physical exam shows nothing off, she's just not going to start laying again until later. Some breeds are better layers than others. Some birds within the same breed take longer to start laying. As the days continue to get longer egg production should start to increase.

This is the one that has given one egg. She has also fallen victim to the feather pulling in my group, as well as a few others. As a result, I’ve changed some of there outdoor spaces, making it much larger and adding more watering stations etc. I didn’t think she was egg bound, but have thought it strange that all the other girls that have started laying have been a bit more consistent. I also thought that she may be stressed by the pecking.
