You will probably be fine. I have had people come to the house,because some kid items were so bulky I could not take them to an alternative location.For days I worried someone would come back at night.Read of cases like this. In the future you meet up when you can.For the rest well you hope for the best.These things can happen in so many situations like home selling too.
