Should I be warried?

Out of 20 eggs 1 has hatched 4 and half hours ago but I noticed that 3 more has a single protrudeing crack in them, is it normal for the chics to stop at a single crack?

Sometimes it takes longer for some chicks! I had pips all day today and only two have hatched. Is the temp and humidity right on target?

it can take up to 2 days for chicks to hatch after they pip, so do not open the bator!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
