Should I be worried about the hen that lays these eggs?

I've gotten eggs like this now and then. Never have worried about it. Hens seemed fine. Some eggs are wrinkly at one end, some look like extra calcium deposits (like yours), some are absolutely perfect. Haven't a clue why. Ah, the mysteries of life.

Nah she is just not chewing her food well. check her teeth though. seriously I have no idea.

No worries. It's just excess calcium deposits. You'd see them on store bought eggs too, if the producers didn't cull those eggs so that the consumer doesn't see anything but perfect eggs. Heaven forbid the average person find out that eggs really do come out of a chicken's butt and can have all sort of little quirks.

We all get some of those occasionally. Nothing to worry about.
