Should I be worried? No eggs

I have a pet Mallard named Gertrude. She is 1 year, 2 months, and 11 days old. She lives indoors. She hasn't laid an egg yet. She even stopped doing her little squat, flatten out the body, and derp derp derp thing. Which I was told she was just going through sexual maturation. But she hasn't shown any signs of nesting.

I guess my question is why hasn't she laid yet. She's not eggbound.

Improper diet not giving her the nutrition she needs to lay eggs. You are positive on age and breed and gender?
