Should I be worried?

Just checked my incubator to see one of the chicks just hatch at 5:00 o'clock in the morning yay but I'm kinda worried for the rest of my eggs it's day 21 one and they haven't pipped yet should I wait longer or take action also should I keep the chick in the incubator for a little while or take it out? Because I really want to go back to bed.

Relax and give the eggs time. The chicks can stay in the incubator. Wait 24 hours and see what the progress is. Then it may be another 24 hours or longer before the final hatch.

I know but they also haven't pipped yet and I don't know how long they can last with just their air cell.
