Should I be worried???

I have 10 three week old chicks and one of them seems to get in a lot of fights. He has a little peck mark on his head it seems to be healing fine. He also seams to win most of the time.

I was freaking out about this same issue. My hubby who was raised with chickens said leave them be they're making a pecking order. He told me to worry if one was being overly bullied. Like all the rest were ganging up on one usually the "runt".
