Should i buy this incubator

Though I'm very inexperienced with hatching, I used this incubator for duck eggs not long ago and from personal experience it's very unsafe! When I bought it and had started using it, there was a strong burning smell, which I thought could have been the newness of it. However, it had actually burnt through the plastic covering the fan. Needless to say, no eggs were hatched from it.
