should I buy this sand for my run

I’m going to get sand for my run but this is the only sand available in Home Depot. Is this good for my chickens grit and dust bath? Also because it’s usually wet in the run. I’m using multipurpose sand

Might be OK for dust bathing, but fine sand will not work as digestive grit.
I can't read the label to know if it might have other ingredients for setting patios,
some have polymers that help lock up the pavers.

If you have a drainage problem, no bedding will fix it.
Is there standing water in the run, all the time or just when it rains hard.

Sand is not a great run bedding on cold wet places, IMO.
Coarse wood chippings are much better.
