    One chick hatched yesterday, day 20 at ~2pm, the others don't look like they are even pipping, shuold I take the litle one out?? and how can I do that safely without shrink wrapping the others, Please help!!

    If you can really quickly reach in and pull it out and put it in the brooder, you can try but they can stay in the incubator for 24 to 48 hours and be ok, just keep an eye on him/her. I have pulled some out and made sure the humidity stays up by adding warm water (just not too much or they don't dry out).

    I would give them at least give them more time, if one is out chances are he will get the others going very shortly..

    I did it, it is sooo small and loud of course:lol: Hoping to get some friends for it, more little Silkies have 7 eggs left day 21 will hope for the best!
