Should I cull this chick or can it be saved?

Little chick was suffering and we ended up culling it. Poor thing. But it felt like a kidness in the end, it wasn't opening it eyes, it was crying out shaking, wouldn't eat or drink. Couldn't stand at all and it's wings looked twisted too.
