I watch a YT channel called Katina eats Kilos. Sometimes she will do one of these types of challenges. I'm pretty sure she's gotten sick a few times off camera.

It was. My throat felt like it was set on fire.

It first started out no hotter then a habanero, but then Whoosh, extra heat, & extra pain.
