Should I Feed Hens Same Food as Chicks?

I know this isn't really my thread anymore but Update: Only one chick survived and I took her away from her mom because she she kept stepping on her. I don't have the time to raise just a single chick so I had to go to tractor supply to get more chicks. Thanks for all the help!
