I use millet as treats for training. Sunflower seeds work too or similar. They don't know it's just another seed if it's not one they normally get and seems like a 'gentler' treat than some of the pre-made gimmicky treats. But yeah, 10%. At 1/3# per day regular food that's around a half and ounce of 'treat' per bird.
