Should I get purina flock raiser?

The bags are only 40# but I get your point. My ducks are pigs and they go through it pretty quickly. I wonder if you could freeze some of it after opening the bag?

You made me go look! :gig Yup mine is 40#.
My 7 little piggies went through a bag in their first month of life.....yeah I think it will go faster then my chicken feed.

Should I just get a 50 lb bag for now until I can find the duck pellets? I can’t seem to find the duck pellets online for shipping either

If you can get the Purina duck pellets it would be best but get the flock raiser if you can't get them. Just use up the whole 40# bag and then make a switch. Or yes, get 2 of the small bags if they've got them.

If you order from amazon you will pay a ridiclous amount for the pellets, $48 for a 40# bag. If you can get the store to get it in for you that same bag is only $16.99!

Hopefully, by then, you will have badgered your TSC to get the duck pellets in. I must have called them 50 times. You might want to tell them that if they are selling ducklings that it only makes sense to sell the duck food! I wrote to corporate too but that did no good at all.

Be sure to get that bottle of B-complex while you are there!

Ok thanks. I’ll try that. So I should just get the flock raiser for now?

Also contacting Purina might help. The livestock one, not the dog and cat one.
