I have to disagree. Its stuck by the membrane. Do you have any coconut oil or triple antibiotic ? It should of been out. It tried and now its dry.

Put some on its membrane . It will help it. Stay away from the nose if you can visualize it. The part where you can see it went over the shell but the membrane didnt break is the best spot.
For future reference, After a chick starts to zip it should be out fairly fast. Less then an hr. But they can do the external pip and take another day or so before they start the zip.

Keep a close eye on it. If it isn't struggling let it be but to me it looks like it's a tad dried out. I've found when I do assist olive oil or grape seed oil does the trick. Good luck and keep us posted.

Ok! I just added a little bit of coconut oil to the membrane of the egg. We will see what happens!!
