i havnt had good humidty through the hatch which is my fault , but it has just about been 24 hours since my last egg piped, i peeled back a little shell to make sure he could breathe and no progress, i dont seen any veins looks like they have all dried up ? should i start to chip away a little shell and see if theres any blood?

I would get some wet warm wahcloths in there now.. If they are dry in the shell they wont survive.. They will be shrink wrapped if you dont get humidity up..

you should have waited 48 hours at least before you open the bator to help them out...cause usually if it goes to 48 hours that means they are having trouble..but 24 hours is still ok and they could have hatched on their own but now you may have some trouble with them
