I have had chicks pip the pointy end of the shell and they hatched out fine. Be patient. Good luck and have fun...

It’s been about another 5 hours and still no signs of the chick trying to hatch or zip past anything that I did to help it, but it’s still chirping, breathing, etc. should I try again to help it and see if maybe it’s ready to hatch by now? It’s been almost 30 hours

Yes I did, but I’m just not sure if I should chance it by seeing if I draw blood again by trying to help it, but at the same time, I don’t know if I should just leave it there to grow weaker and weaker

UPDATE: I left the chick alone for another hour and it hatched all by itself!!! It’s happy and healthy! Thank you so much to everyone who gave me advice! Leaving it alone reall was the best option!!

Keep an eye on that butt...make sure others don't start pecking it.
