Should I Help??

I had an egg pip around noon today and now its 10:30 with no progress. The little guy is still peeping but im wondering at what point do you need to help them out?

What I have heard it takes a while for them to come out. It that's how they gain their strength by coming out of the shell so by helping them you hinder their muscular growth
